My services include creating a Will to govern the distribution of your assets, preparing a Georgia Advance Directive for Health Care, drafting General Powers of Attorney, and probating Wills after death.

Wills insure that your requests are carried out. This can include who will have guardianship of your minor children, how you wish your assets to be distributed, and who will have the authority to oversee the disbursement of your estate.

A Georgia Advance Directive for Health Care enables you to specify who will make future medical decisions on your behalf if you are unable to make medical decisions on your own. You can specify the conditions and circumstances under which your medical agent has the authority to act on your behalf.

General Powers of Attorney allow you to assign responsibility for financial decisions, to people you trust, to follow your wishes in the event that you are incapacitated and unable to handle the disposition of your own assets and debts.

Probate includes assisting in the settlement of your estate or that of a family member, including the liquidation of assets, distribution of assets to heirs, and related issues.
